Before starting my journey with Lizzie, I thought I knew everything about health and well-being. Turns out I had so much more to learn. I always struggled with the relationships between food and my body, but I’ve always loved food and health. I learned that minor details I thought were normal like digestion issues and even bedtime routines were not really supposed to be that hard. Lizzie taught me balance between my mental health and my physical health. I learned how to identify which goals I wanted to work on the most in life and also I became much better at intuitive eating. Everything that Lizzie taught me was so helpful that I started implementing it in my life as a routine, and now feel so much smoother at them! My biggest wins were: seeing food as fuel, choosing foods based on what my body needs that day and to acknowledge improvement within myself. I finally understand how to listen to my body and my mind! I would recommend coaching with Lizzie because she really is a light in anyone’s path!

It all begins with an idea.
My biggest wins have been spending more time thinking through my decisions and learning how to go about my everyday life more mindfully. After working with Lizzie for a few weeks I feel more confident in my ability to make time for myself and prioritize my lifestyle choices over the everyday tasks I have to do for work or school. By learning how to find balance in life it has allowed me to eat more healthy food, work out, and has helped my mental health! I finally understand how to say “yes” to what makes me happy and “no” to what I do not feel like doing, and not allowing insecurities or uncertainty to scare me. I love how Lizzie cares so much about her clients and how I am doing every day. She is always there cheering you on! I would totally recommend Lizzie!!! She is amazing 😊
