Before starting my journey with Lizzie, I thought I knew everything about health and well-being. Turns out I had so much more to learn. I always struggled with the relationships between food and my body, but I’ve always loved food and health. I learned that minor details I thought were normal like digestion issues and even bedtime routines were not really supposed to be that hard. Lizzie taught me balance between my mental health and my physical health. I learned how to identify which goals I wanted to work on the most in life and also I became much better at intuitive eating. Everything that Lizzie taught me was so helpful that I started implementing it in my life as a routine, and now feel so much smoother at them! My biggest wins were: seeing food as fuel, choosing foods based on what my body needs that day and to acknowledge improvement within myself. I finally understand how to listen to my body and my mind! I would recommend coaching with Lizzie because she really is a light in anyone’s path!
