First Reiki Session
In your initial Reiki session, we will begin by discussing what Reiki is and how it may support you in your healing journey. Together, we will explore areas of your life where you seek balance, clarity, or relaxation. This session is a collaborative experience, incorporating gentle energy work and supportive modalities to create a safe and nurturing space for you to receive Reiki.
At this time, I am only accepting clients who are personally known to me or referred by a friend. I am based in Jacksonville, Florida (Mayport area). I will guide you through evidence-based EFT tapping to work on a specific challenge you’re facing or a limiting belief pattern that’s holding you back from living in alignment with your true self. You will also learn how to self-regulate your anxiety, frustrations, and move through emotional challenges by practicing EFT Tapping outside of our calls.
