Black Bean Burger Lettuce Wraps
Refreshing herbs, sweet mango, hearty sweet potato and crunchy lettuce all wrapped up for you to enjoy! Honey mangos have been spotted in Publix this week so it inspired me to share this recipe. If you've never tried one go out and get yourself a tasty fruit!
Time: 15 mins (if you have veggie burgers made or bought)
Ingredients:
Lettuce
Sweet Potato Black Bean Burgers (Recipe on blog)
Honey Mango
Fresh Cilantro
Avocado
Optional:
Hummus
Brown Rice
Fresh Herbs
Wash the lettuce and place them on a plate. Crumble the veggie burger on the wraps. Optional: to spread the hummus on lettuce first. Chop up the avocado and honey mango. Evenly spread the toppings out.
For garnish I added cilantro from my garden! Fresh herbs take dishes to a whole new level so if you have any fresh herbs on-hand go ahead and toss them in!
